Employment Benefits

Medical
Huntleigh McGehee offers employees and their dependents a medical program effective the first day of employment. The employee is responsible for a portion of the monthly cost for this program, which is deducted from each paycheck. Prescription drug benefits and mail order prescription drug benefits are available.

Dental
Huntleigh McGehee offers employees and their dependents a dental program effective the first day of employment. This program provides both in and out-of-network dental coverage with preventive, diagnostic, basic service, major services and orthodontic services. The employee is responsible for a portion of the monthly cost for this program, which is deducted from the employee's paycheck. This benefit is effective the first day of employment. We offer 2 plans:

  • Comprehensive Plan (PPO)
  • Dental HMO (DHMO)

Vision
Huntleigh McGehee provides a voluntary vision program with discounted eye examinations, frames, lenses and contact lenses.

Disability Programs
Huntleigh McGehee provides 2 programs, Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD).

  • Short-Term Disability - is a self insured benefit and available to employees if disabled and under a doctors care from day 1 to 90th day.
     
  • Long-Term Disability - is 100% employer paid and is available to employees if disabled and under a doctors care when short term disability runs out.

401k Plan
Huntleigh McGehee provides a 401k plan, which is a tax deferred investment and savings plan. Huntleigh McGehee will match a percentage of the employee contribution. Employees can enroll in this plan at any time.

Life Insurance
Huntleigh McGehee offers a voluntary term life insurance program. This program is 100% employee paid. The employer paid life insurance program also includes an Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefit. Employees, their spouse and children are eligible to enroll in additional life insurance at competitive rates.

Long-Term Care
Huntleigh McGehee offers employees the option to enroll in a Voluntary Long Term Care program. This benefit provides assistance with daily living activities when someone in your family is in need of it.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees can set aside a portion of income on a pretax basis to pay for healthcare and/or dependent expenses for a specific calendar year. Employees can also have their premium contributions towards certain benefit plans (health, dental, vision) withheld from their payroll on a pretax basis.
