History
Huntleigh McGehee, Inc. was formed in 1991 by H. Smith McGehee, the former head of Marsh & McLennan's St. Louis office. At that time, seven other experienced insurance professionals joined Smith in his endeavor to provide clients with the finest, highest quality service in the most cost efficient manner.
Recognizing these values complimented his own vision of providing service to clients superior to others in the industry, Michael Shanahan, Jr. partnered with Smith in 2004. Now, Mike and Smith have a shared vision and commitment to meet the unique needs of every company and individual Huntleigh McGehee is privileged to have as a client.
Today, Huntleigh McGehee has grown to 88 insurance professionals with an average experience level of 19 years.
