Personal Liability Limit options – $300,000, $500,000 up to $1,000,000 Medical payments to others – up to $10,000 Cash Settlement option – available Identity Theft / Kidnap Ransom – available Contents – 0% up to a 100% of the dwelling amount (depending on the carriers and each state) Other permanent structures – 10% to 20% of the dwelling amount for other structures coverage Additions and alterations – a single limit for Additions & Alterations and Contents coverage can be offered Business property – covered loss to business property owned or leased at a particular residence. Optional limits are available Earthquake Coverage – coverage can be purchased to cover losses to dwellings contents or other permanent structures (this coverage can be subject to underwriting discretion) Earthquake Coverage Extension for Loss Assessment – Provides Earthquake coverage for Loss Assessment claims
